Typical tooling and products we produce serve a variety of markets including solar power, dental & medical, electronics, consumer items, perfume packaging, aerospace, and transportation, among others.  Some of our most interesting parts never see the light of day – from deep core oil drilling to tiny bezels and lead-frames buried within complex assemblies, our parts are everywhere.

We run a wide variety of commodity and engineering grade materials, in shot weights from a fraction of a gram to about 24 ounces. 

Molding machines range from 28 ton vertical up to 310 ton horizontal.

Another area of expertise includes the encapsulation of metallic inserts within molded parts, including overmolding of strain-reliefs on wire and cable ends.  In addition, we offer post-molding solutions including finish machining using our CNC equipment, inserting of metallic inserts, and logistics support, with the intention of offering the most complete solution for your particular needs.
