With our class 100K clean-room we can ensure absolute cleanliness from molding, inspection, assembly & final packaging.  With our full-service tooling department, fabricating fixtures or other work-holding mechanisms is second nature.

Typical tooling and products we produce serve a variety of markets including solar power, dental & medical, electronics, consumer items, perfume packaging, aerospace, and transportation, among others.  Some of our most interesting parts never see the light of day – from deep core oil drilling to tiny bezels and lead-frames buried within complex assemblies, our parts are everywhere.

We run a wide variety of commodity and engineering grade materials, in shot weights from a fraction of a gram to about 24 ounces.  Our most commonly used materials can be a challenge to process if not treated with the respect and care they require.  Nylons are one of the worst with steam shooting out of your barrel or a frozen tip altogether.  PEEK is not as bad as it is made out to be if treated right – unfortunately its extremely high cost makes any rejects or downtime extremely expensive.

Molding machines range from 28 ton vertical up to 310 ton horizontal; see our facilities list for a more detailed itemization of our equipment.  We have standardized on the Niigata brand of Japanese molding machines due to their excellent balance of precision, speed, and low operating costs.  With our in-house preventative maintenance program, machine downtime is rare and brief.

Another area of expertise includes the encapsulation of metallic inserts within molded parts, including overmolding of strain-reliefs on wire and cable ends.  In addition, we offer post-molding solutions including finish machining using our CNC equipment, inserting of metallic inserts, and logistics support, with the intention of offering the most complete solution for your particular needs.
